The Virginia Creditors Bar Association, founded in 1990, promotes the professional interests of attorneys engaged in debt collection; promotes the highest standards and mutual understanding among those involved in various aspects of transactions involving debt collection; instills in the members of the legal profession a high standard of honor and integrity to the client, the courts and the community; promotes reform in the law and judicial procedure; and encourages collegiality and social interaction among the members of the Bar.
